Extraction systems from our own production

As an experienced system engineer, Gläser produces up to the minute extraction systems for testing Technical Cleanliness according to VDA 19 and ISO 16232. Gläser produces standard versions and systems built completely individually to your instructions and requirements

For a thorough particle analysis on your component, different extraction systems will be used in Technical Cleanliness depending on the specification. This depends on the geometry of the components to be tested.

Our product range comprises the ACM series (Analysis-Centre-Mobile), the RiuS series and the Easydry.

ACM series: Analysis-Centre-Mobile

ACM17:

Gläser CleanTec's ACM17 extraction system is suitable for very small and small components (up to 30 cm). On rolls, the ACM17 system is mobile, flexibly positionable in the room and space saving because of its compact construction. Key information on the ACM17:

  • Large analysis basin with ultrasound and easy-clean surface for quick cleaning
  • Laminar flow for product protection, overpressure in cleaning space
  • Control panel with different input parameters/system parameters
  • Additional display in visual range
  • Membrane holder with cascade rings for up to 3 filter membranes
  • Semi-automatic filling/refilling
  • Optional: adaption for internal flush connection
ACM18:

The ACM18 extraction system is suitable for very small, small and medium components (up to 50 cm). Maximum mobility is guaranteed by rolls. Minimum installation space and maximum user safety are features of the ACM18 extraction system. Key information on the ACM18:

  • Laminar flow for product protection, overpressure in cleaning space
  • Basin geometry suitable for small to medium component sizes
  • Storage option for components inside
  • Touch panel, better operation, programmable for semi-automatic test procedures, different languages selectable
  • Ergonomic and safe membrane holder, easy filling and emptying of the system, best filter technology
  • Membrane holder with cascade rings for up to 3 filter membranes
  • Optional: Adaptation for internal flush connection
  • Adapter for quick nozzle change
  • Prepared extraction for more safety for product and employee

RiuS series:

The RiuS series is particularly flexible and can be matched completely individually to your requirements. Even demands on the basin shape in the rinsing cabinet can be considered

RiuS single:

The RiuS single extraction system combines product protection with a high degree of process safety and minimal installation space. It is suitable for medium to large components (up to 100 cm and 15 kg). Key information about RiuS single:

  • Fully lined analysis room with wall rinsing
  • Operating comfort for the user, including control through the 5.7" touch panel
  • High process safety during analysis
  • Air purification unit with clean room filter to generate an overpressure in the rinsing cabin
  • Product protection by means of prepared extraction and protective screen with interventions
  • Installation area required only two square metres
  • Combinable with our handling units, e.g. manipulator or mobile goods carrier
RiuS double:

Two workstations combined in a single test system. Rinsing, spraying, flooding and ultrasound – All extraction procedures can be used on large components of different sizes in the RiuS double. This is how two individual test systems are replaced. You save space and can work more flexibly. Key information about RiuS double:

  • Two analysis rooms
  • Fully lined analysis room with wall rinsing
  • Basin with ultrasound
  • Operating comfort for the user, including control through the 5.7" touch panel
  • High process safety during analysis
  • Air purification unit with clean room filter to generate an overpressure in the rinsing cabin

RiuS GT:

The solution for large parts – For testing Technical Cleanliness on parts with a weight of up to 500 kg. Rinsing and spraying is quite easy with the Rius GT test system. The manipulator is also available for even better handling of large components. With it, large components can be moved quite simply into the cabinet, without at the same time endangering the employee's health.

Manipulator: Large part testing made easy!
The Gläser manipulator allows you to deal with heavy components weighing up to 500 kg. With a 360° rotation of components possible, there is no longer any obstacle to their testing. Simple handling and the resultant working position for the employee, comfortable and kind to the back, this protects your employees´ health. Key information about RiuS GT:

  • Stainless steel basin
  • Touch panel for control
  • For large to very large components, up to approx. 2.000 cm and 500 kg
  • Installation area required three square metres. Combinable with our handling units for housing the component, e.g. the manipulator

Easydry II: Membrane drying within 7 minutes!

Our Easydry is a device for drying analysis membranes for determining the gravimetry in Technical Cleanliness according to VDA 19 and ISO 16232. In comparison to conventional membrane preparation, you can work very efficiently with EasyDry and reduce drying time by 60 minutes to approximately 7 minutes. Another advantage: You save space by replacing drying oven and desiccator.
